Whether you’re a Bluebeam beginner or a seasoned expert, we all have gaps in our knowledge. Tuesday Tidbits will help you fill in those gaps. Every Tuesday, I’ll teach you simple techniques that you can learn in under 10 minutes and implement immediately to improve your workflow.
Intro
Today I have a super quick tip for you, and the title says it all. You can move a Callout without changing the shape of the markup. Honestly, I used to do this by copy/pasting, then deleting the original markup. But there’s a better way!
Relocate Callouts Without Changing the Shape
As you probably know, if you do a regular click+drag of a Callout , only the text moves and the arrow stays where it is.
If you want to move the whole thing and keep the shape intact, simply hold ALT while dragging the markup.
Conclusion
And that’s it! Told you it was super quick!
So did you already know this tip? Or did you just use the same method I used to use? Let me know in the comments!
Priceless tip Liz!
