Tuesday Tidbits will help you fill in those gaps. Every Tuesday, I\u2019ll teach you simple techniques that you can learn in under 10 minutes and implement immediately to improve your workflow.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve ever been jumping around a PDF and then needed to go back to what you were previously looking at, this tip is for you. No more scrolling through countless pages trying to find the page you were just on. There\u2019s actually a button (and a corresponding keyboard shortcut) for just this occasion!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The \u201cPrevious View\u201d Button<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Previous View<\/strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-507\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/lizlarsen.me\/bluebeamblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/previous_view_icon.png\" alt=\"\">&nbsp;and <strong>Next View<\/strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-506\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/lizlarsen.me\/bluebeamblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/next_view_icon.png\" alt=\"\">&nbsp;allow you to step you through every literally every time you changed the view (ie the part of the PDF you\u2019re currently looking at) in Bluebeam. So if you hop around a page a lot, using this tool will show you each time you moved or zoomed or changed the page, in the order that you did it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, you can find the <strong>Previous View<\/strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-507\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/lizlarsen.me\/bluebeamblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/previous_view_icon.png\" alt=\"\">&nbsp;and <strong>Next View<\/strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-506\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/lizlarsen.me\/bluebeamblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/next_view_icon.png\" alt=\"\">&nbsp;buttons in the <strong>Navigation Bar<\/strong> at the bottom of the window. Bluebeam &nbsp;immediately jumps you to the section on a different page, and sometimes you might forget exactly which page you came from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope you found this tip useful.
